Immigrate provides an AI-powered assistant that helps users prepare their own marriage-based green card (Form I-130 / I-485) immigration filing packages. Our service guides you through the information-gathering process and generates completed forms based on your responses.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Immigrate is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Use of this service does not create an attorney-client relationship. The information and documents generated by Immigrate are for self-filing purposes only. If you have a complex legal situation, we strongly recommend consulting a licensed immigration attorney before submitting your application.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide. You agree to provide truthful and complete information during the filing process. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated documents before submission to USCIS.

Payment & Refunds

Payment is processed securely through Whop. Once your filing package has been generated and downloaded, refunds are provided at our sole discretion. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from receiving your package, please contact us for assistance.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on this platform are the property of Immigrate. The filing packages generated for you are yours to use for your immigration application. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of our service or platform.

Limitation of Liability

Immigrate is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to application denials, delays, or errors in generated forms. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
